Terms of use

Using the DKalendar platform · last updated 13 September 2026

DKalendar is scheduling and job-tracking software for field-service and installation contractors. It is a private, invitation-only service: a company signs a licence agreement with the operator, and that company's administrator creates the accounts its staff use. There is no public sign-up and nothing to buy on this website. These terms describe how the platform may be used; the commercial and data-processing terms between a customer company and the operator are set out in the signed licence agreement, which takes precedence wherever the two differ.

1. Who operates the platform

DKalendar is developed and operated in the United Kingdom by its developer (the "operator"). The platform is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt) and served over HTTPS from dkalendar.app only.

2. Access and accounts

3. Acceptable use

4. Your company's data

Everything entered into the platform belongs to the customer company that entered it. The operator processes it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice, and does not sell it, use it for marketing, or share it with any other customer. Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's.

5. Availability and changes

The operator aims to keep the platform available at all times and to announce planned maintenance in advance, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed or removed as the platform develops; material changes that affect how a company works are communicated to its administrator. Service levels, support and any remedies are those set out in the licence agreement.

6. Security

The platform uses role-based access, per-company data isolation, hashed passwords, encrypted transport and rolling backups, as described on the Security & data section and in the privacy notice. If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to security@dkalendar.app (see also /.well-known/security.txt) rather than exploiting or publishing it.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator's liability for the platform is as set out in the licence agreement with your company. Nothing on this page limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

If this page changes materially, the "last updated" date changes and customer companies are informed through their administrator. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions about them, or about the platform, go to privacy@dkalendar.app; commercial questions go through the licence agreement contacts.
