How DKalendar protects your data ยท last updated 9 July 2026

DKalendar is scheduling and delivery-management software. It is operated by its developer as a data processor: the company you work for (your employer) is the data controller โ€” it decides what data is entered into the system, why, and how long it is kept. Questions about why your data is collected, or requests to see, correct or delete it, go to your employer. This page explains what the platform itself does to protect whatever data your employer stores in it.

What the platform does

Cookies

DKalendar uses only a functional sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. There are no tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

Sub-processors (services the platform itself relies on): Render (EU hosting, Frankfurt), Cloudflare (DNS, and email forwarding for our contact address), Resend (system emails โ€” invites, reminders, backups). No data is sold, used for marketing, or used for any purpose other than providing this software.

Retention and deletion โ€” what the platform guarantees

Security incidents

Suspected security incidents are assessed promptly, and any affected company is informed without undue delay.

Changes to this notice

If this page changes materially, the "last updated" date changes and companies using the platform are informed.

Contact

For your data rights (access, correction, erasure), contact your employer. For questions about the platform's privacy practices, contact the operator: privacy@dkalendar.app. To report a security vulnerability: security@dkalendar.app.
